Nothing equals the experience gained from fostering success. Armed with tremendous experience over the years, Richard has built and managed long, enduring relationships with "C" level clients. He has worked with executives running sales organizations with revenues over 500 million dollars per annum. For eight years he successfully helmed an international travel and hospitality practice for Perot Systems bringing it well in the age of the Web. Well acclimated to providing fast, effective results to demanding individuals, he has successfully transitioned to a career in real estate and is well on his way toward becoming one of Tri-City's foremost agents.

As a second-generation resident of Yavapai County, Richard cares deeply about the community in which he lives. He is committed to the growth and success that continues to make the Tri-Cities what it is today. Living here satisfies his love for the outdoors with kayaking, hiking, and mountain biking being but a few of the numerous activities the area has to offer. Consulting with several "seniors" groups as well as the Humane Society takes up the remainder of his time. Richard has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, and a Master's Degree in Marketing and most recently earned his MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) designation and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Certification (CLHMS). Additionally, he recently earned his Certified Luxury Home Marketing Million Dollar Guild Status.
